As for the energy level, the Angora is much more active. He loves playing alone, with other cats or with people. The Persian, on the other hand, can be lazy in exercising.
6. Character
In this case there are not many differences between the Persian and the Angora. Both are affectionate, calm and loyal to the owner.
The former can get annoyed and the latter become grumpy if held for too long.
