Don’t You Appreciate My Master? Then Get Away From Me

Dogs are able to sense when someone doesn’t like their owner, or when they want to harm them. Sometimes you have joked about this to see your friend’s reaction, pretending that a family member is pretending to hit you. The most likely thing is that your dog has barked and a little annoyed. He does not like those who do not appreciate you.

You should not be surprised by this behavior because for dogs the feeling of loyalty towards you is innate. Furthermore, they are able to feel a much greater love than we feel for them. So no matter who he is,  if someone doesn’t like you, your dog won’t like him either. 

This is not just a cliché, it is a fact that has been scientifically proven and now we are going to tell you about this study.

Study shows that dogs don’t like people who don’t appreciate you

This study was carried out at Kyoto University, and 54 dogs were analyzed in three different situations. In the experiment, the master tries to open a container surrounded by two strangers.

In the first situation, one of the strangers prevents the master from opening the container, while the other individual remains stationary.

In the second situation, the owner asks for help from one of the individuals to open it, while the other acts as a simple observer.

The third time he manages to open it. On this occasion, the three people do not interact with each other.

After witnessing the staging, the two strangers have to offer food to the dogs to earn their trust. These rejected him from those who had treated their masters badly, they accepted him only from the person who had never interacted with him.

This empathy was thought to apply only to humans, but this study and others have shown that it also applies to animals. 

So, be careful how you treat dog owners. Karma is likely to work against you and the dog will treat you exactly as you treat its owner.

How to tell if your dog loves you and if he loves the people you love

We cannot fail to admit it, we all like to be defended and to feel loved. Dogs are unique in showing their feelings no matter what they have to do to demonstrate them.

However,  if there are multiple members in the family, you may have wondered if your dog appreciates you more as an owner.  How to find out? Here are some tips. If so, don’t let your family know, they could be hurt.

• What does your dog do after he has finished eating. Although you may not believe it, what your dog does after eating can show you how he feels about you. If he tries instead to play with his ball, it will not only be a demonstration of appreciation, but of true love.
• The place where he sleeps. Not many want their dog to sleep indoors or in their room. But if your pet insists on doing this, it is because he is very fond of you and this is one way to show it to you.

• His reaction when you leave. Your dog becoming anxious is nothing more than a sign of separation anxiety. To show that he loves you and trusts you, he will stay calm.
• How much you love your dog. Dogs can sense how far your feelings for them go, so their love is directly proportional to yours.
